A New Traveling Thimbles Policy
In order to avoid the need to return full class payments or to avoid last minute canceling of a class, we will be adopting the following deposit policy.

Reserve your spot in a class with a $20.00 deposit due by the specific deadline date. The remaining class fee can be paid on the class day. The class fee is $40.00, unless stated differently in the class description. These are FULL day classes (8-10Hrs) with the option to continue on the second day, if necessary, with no additional fee.

Canceling before the deadline date; a full refund of the deposit will be returned or your deposit can be credited toward another class at your discretion.

Canceling after the deadline date; the deposit will be forfeited.

Our decision to cancel a class due to lack of participation will be made on the deadline date. In that case you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

When a class has not been cancelled and you find at the last minute you will be able to attend a class, and have not paid the $20.00 deposit, we will be happy to include you in the class, if space is available. Full payment of the class can be paid on the class day.
